All the staff in the Billingham branch ar great, it is why we use Hays year after year.

We went in to find out about Christmas River cruises for 2027.
Amanda could not have been more helpful. We had a few requirements that she was perfectly happy to sort out. We needed single occupancy and double occupancy rooms.
Amanda booked the holiday for us after showing us the different choices available.
This is not the first time we have booked a holiday with Hayes Travel in Billingham and it won't be the last.
We always receive excellent, friendly advice from whoever is available.

The planned trip to Australia was a last minute decision, we were concerned over the risk travelling via the Middle East the staff were absolutely brilliant, the actual made the experience a very pleasant one despite the cost being more than double that of our last visit just 12 months ago, the staff went out of their way to ensure we were relaxed and fully aware of potential risks, nothing was to much trouble, it was a group experience with lots of joking and laughter, this was the second time using the Billingham branch to help us with our travel arrangements we even went to the same consultant with the same result, many congratulations to the team, I will never book another trip abroad by myself again, my first point of call will always be Hayes Billingham branch.

From the moment I arrived at your Billingham branch my mother and I were treated with courtesy and kindness by the staff, especially Gemma who booked my holiday and took care of me every step of the way. She was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and gave me great advice and support. She went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal and value for money whilst ensuring all my requests and requirements were catered for. It was as if she were booking her own holiday! Hannah took care of me at the bureau de change section and she too was super friendly, very bright and bubbly, her cheeriness and excitement were contagious! Gemma was the real star of the show though and was my friend throughout the entire booking process. She truly went above and beyond for me, she should get a raise!

Hays billingham staff are always friendly and welcoming .We have booked other holidays with them and find that they always spend time finding the best hoilday at a good price.We wanted to learn more about a cruise we had been looking at.We found Charlotte very helpful, she spent time with us explaining about the cruise we were looking at.She helped us choose a cabin which was best to meet our needs. We didn’t have a precise holiday in mind when we entered the shop but even so our options were thoroughly explored. Our agent was endlessly patient and very helpful. She efficiently explained our options, answered all our questions, organised our trip and printed out our documents.
