Being a first time customer with Hays Travel we only was going to get some information about a cruise in 2026 but the experience with Molly at Bicester was absolutely fantastic. She was so professional and polite we went ahead and booked there and then without hesitation well done Hays Tavel.

This was to be my first solo travel since my husband died some years ago. So with some trepidation, I went to Hays Travel in Bicester to help ensure I didn't forget any important things.
The young lady in the office listened to what I wanted, worked hard to make it come alive, and I am delighted. All that I wanted to do was included, and she was delightful. I shall come back!

Awesome costumer service, very helpful finding suitable package holiday in a short notice

I booked a holiday last Oct for July 2025 with Mia- Mai. From the 1st talk to even when we got back she was on hand for support. Her customer service is beyond great.
We trusted her completely with everything so much so that 10 days on returning I returned to book another holiday with her.

Mai Mai was very professional, pleasant provided many options to choice from.. very polite and happy smiles and pleasure to deal with her.. we will be back for more holiday with that lovely Mai

Went to store met by Molly, who chatted about our requirements and offered advise, booked up holiday talked us through process was really helpful.

I was greeted by Mia Mai with a friendly smile and she made the whole booking experience fun. She was attentive, informative and enthusiastic and made me feel excited about the holiday I was booking. She made sure all my needs were met and covered every aspect of the booking.

Very experienced staff with good advice on destinations and resorts. Also very diligent in researching the pros and cons of several different options.
The experience was so much easier than trying to work through the mass of options (and misinformation) on the web. A big thank you to Molly and Sharon for being so helpful

We had a really efficient travel agent called mai mai who helped us book our PO cruise helped us with all our questions
