Your pricing - the cost on jet 2 had just come down to 933 per person
I lost out on £70

Initially quoted 2007 approx then discounted to 1940. Jet 2 were £1936. Not a big diff. I thn booked it at that price. I opened the jet 2 app nd price had just gone down

We’ve just booked another trip with Katie Shannon, and honestly, we seek her out every time we’re in the Park Centre. She’s upfront, thorough, and genuinely engaging from start to finish. You never feel rushed with her – she listens, checks every detail, and always makes sure we’re getting the best option for what we actually want, not just what’s easiest to sell.

Every trip we’ve booked with her has been smooth, well organised, and exactly as promised. Katie has that rare mix of professionalism and personality that makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can tell she really knows her stuff, and she explains everything clearly so you walk away feeling confident about your plans.

I hope her manager reads this, because she deserves proper recognition. Staff like Katie are the reason customers come back. She’s a real credit to the Park Centre branch and to Hays Travel as a whole.
