Hays Travel - Barry Anmeldelser 

Sold me something without ever going through the terms and conditions, and when I questioned this, I was told it was somehow “my problem” that their staff failed to read them to me – which makes no sense. When I went into the branch to try and resolve the issue, absolutely nothing was done to help.
To make matters worse, the manager, Adam, later rang me to “apologise” and instead was extremely unprofessional and argumentative. He raised his voice, called me a liar, and argued with me. As a manager, you would expect him to know that customers should be treated with respect and listened to, not shouted at. I clearly asked for no further calls, yet he rang me back immediately and continued to argue with me. This was not only unprofessional but also harassing.
Having worked as a travel agent myself for many years, I know exactly how customers should be treated, and this behaviour was completely unacceptable. A travel agency should be trustworthy and respectful towards its customers, this one was the complete opposite. I will never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional

I have never had such a good experience the service was first class everything was sorted for us.
After we had a disgusting service by TUI it was completely sorted by Hays in Holton Road Barry and at short notice we are now looking forward to our holiday this Saturday 6th Sept.
I would definitely use them again and 100% not use TUI

Staff were very helpful in helping a large family group with different needs and wants, to pick what we hope to be a perfect holiday for summer 2026. Lots of patience needed as he tried to listen to what we required and the dates that fitted in with work, school etc. Gave us lots of options to consider and let us have time to think about some of the best ones for us. We went back the following day to book.

Booked a holiday in Kefalonia with Lisa. She was very patient as we went through the choices of hotels to choose from and we think we have found a gem.
