Second holiday booked with Jess!!!!
Another holiday booked with Jessica, she really does her best to find the best deal, waited patiently while we found out if we could get the dates off work, did the booking over the phone so we didn’t lose free child placement and sent all confirmation within minutes. Thanks again Jess!!!!

Very helpful, I was only booking flights but they got me the best deal then a few days later managed to get my seats booked at no extra cost. I always go to hays for my holiday’s as they get me the best deals so they are my first choice. Thank you.

We left with everything completed and at a good price.
We knew what we were looking for. Jess listened carefully and found exactly what we wanted to book, found a very fair deal and completed it with us. In addition, she helped us agree and arrange several additional matters which were all confirmed at a good price.

Holiday to Eygpt
Went into Hays Barnard Castle and spoke with Kelsie, we said we fancied a holiday to Eygpt, what could she recommend. She checked the computer and came up with a Nile cruise to see the history, and a hotel stay after to relax. All insurance and car parking was booked as well. Fantastic overall service from Kelsie, and exactly what we expect from Hays - the complete package.
