The lady who helped our booking for ABBA VOYAGE in Stratford was Tracey. As we are going for a few days, she was very helpful and informative about where to go and things to see.

Always excellent service from Hays, Arbroath. Was a young girl who served us this time, couldn’t see full name on badge but it started “Car”. She was so lovely, very professional and knowledgable. Tracey quickly followed up on an email enquiry, answering questions about hotel and flights, offering to check other dates for better flights times. She could recommend hotel as she'd herself been there. Covered everything even discussing transfer options. Always impressed with customer service and friendly advice.
