We had no idea where we wanted to go, but Angela was patient and listened to what was important to us. Tracy and Stuart were also there and were very helpful too, as always. Angela was able to recommend a hotel in Egypt that ticked all the boxes for us. We came into Hays all stressed out, but left with huge smiles on our faces! Thank you guys!

Angela was having trouble with the system and couldn’t get our holiday booked. She tried the next day, with no luck. The following day I got a phone call from Angela, the system seemed to have been fixed and she managed to book our holiday. Definitely went above and beyond.
