We found all the staff at Hays travel very polite and friendly. When we inadvertently got the wrong date for our booking Arran kindly changed it very quickly for us.

I have full confidence in the staff at Allestree Derby. This time Kelly searched for alternative dates without my having asked her to do so in order to get the best price for me. I will continue to go to Hays Travel.

Kelly is great help, cheerful person and good to sort out what we want to go on holiday. Good service and deaf awareness. We will go to Hays again if we want to go somewhere
