Very attentive staff
Very attentive staff, and a friendly comfortable place to be. Their knowledge and expertise of booking through the travel industry is exceptional. Everything was explained clearly to me.

Angela could not have been any more helpfull. She was very patient with us as we had no idea where we wanted to go. Think we were in the shop for over an hour but it did not feel like that. Left with a superb holiday. Will always recommend HAYS

The agent Monica was very knowledgable and was able to give relevant advice to me when selecting the best holiday for my family. She spent a lot of time trying to find the hotel that would suit all our needs. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Alexandria branch is the only branch I would ever use. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. You give them a rough idea of what you are looking for and suggest the perfect booking incorporating things you did not even think about. 1000%
