Staff booking process service. We found everything was o.k. and they did phone us. We did everything by phone they were checking our passports.

Local travel agent in Aldridge, you receive really great service. The staff are super helpful and both my mom and dad know that when they book with Hays, everything runs so smoothly. This will be their third time booking, I'd really recommend stopping by and giving them a try. Some of the bigger hypermarkets can be a bit daunting and you never feel like the service is that personal.
