Just had a spam call from this company about mis-sold car finance, which was news to me as I have never taken out any car finance. Checked everything through and the link the spammers sent was to the actual website of this Heirloom Legal.

Waited 3 years for a data breach claim against a housing association to be resolved, only to then be told we had no chance of success. Dragged on for years with occasional vague updates and a pathetic outcome.

Avoid these time wasters. Harras you via emai to fill in the questionnaire they sent after a phone call saying they can deal with the claim. Then after all information sent ,they responded with, we can't deal with your claim as we're no longer dealing with individual claims. Absolute lies

Ben at Hayes Connor provided professional service with good contact throughout. Due to the nature of the claim, proceedings were not straight forward and I believe an issue with the companies medical assessor may have affected my claim. However, I received a consistent and competent service throughout my claim.
