We were so lucky to be put in touch with Sam Cox at Hawke by some friends. As first time buyers her experience and assurance with the whole process was indispensable. She found us a deal, worked with us closely to make sure that it met all of our specifications and delivered a really excellent rate, despite challenging economic circumstances. Beyond that though, Sam was a sounding board for all of our house-related questions, and always had time for a call during our difficult sale and purchase to offer advice and reassurance. Sam was insightful and patient when explaining the process of buying my first property, always giving me realistic advice on what I could aim for mortgage wise.

Sam has been nothing short of wonderful.

I’ve had significant delays both with my and the sellers solicitors and she not only got me the best mortgage for the property I wanted but has also supported me through the whole process outside of the mortgage given the difficulties mentioned.

She’s incredibly friendly, checks in with me and has answered all sorts of questions and concerns quickly and in-depth. In the whole process, where I’ve felt like I’ve been ignored and belittled by others, she’s been a shining light of support.

I was recommended her by some friends and I would recommend her to anyone looking at buying a home.
