My mom and I both ordered a couple fur coats, the shipping was super fast and we received our orders to our door safe and sound. The coats are beautiful! They are full of fur, exactly what you see on the website (maybe even more beautiful in person) fits perfectly. Their team is great and for some pieces they even ask for your body measurements. Supper pleased with the company. Have already gone back and purchased more coats lol

Great customer service and they were very helpful with me when I needed to pick the correct size for my coat. The package arrived in two days! I ordered a fox fur coat, and it is beautiful and very wearable. The coat is warm, but there's no extra middle lining, so it is also lightweight.

I just had to drop a review for this e-shop because my fox fur coat is straight fire! The quality is top-notch, seriously feels like I'm wrapped in a cloud. Took a bit to make but it came right on time. Big shoutout to the crew they're legends. Super friendly, answered all my questions and made the whole buying thing so easy. Packaging was on point too felt like opening a fancy gift. Exceeded my expectations in every way.

Would have hoped for a tailoring service.
Bought a vest on sale, which is slightly longer to my liking. I hoped the company would extend its inhouse tailoring to resize the vest, even for an additional cost.
Unfortunately this wasn't possible.

Purchased a coat for my mother for christmas which was too small. They said no problem we will swap it for another size. Did not send me a shipping label until I reached out a few weeks later to ask about it. Once I put the package in the mail I was informed they were keeping the jacket and only refunding me 75%. I would say pretty shady business practices. There are plenty of suppliers from Greece, don't buy from these guys.
