Hatton Garden Workshop did a great job servicing my partner's engagement ring - which is over a century old. It came back in top shape so we're really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend using them!

The staff at Hatton Garden workshop were very kind! After my gold necklace chain was accidentally cut at the hairdresser, they fixed it within 3 working days! They met with me immediately without an appointment, and took the time to look at my piece, consult with the person who would do the repair and do a quote so I could be sure I was happy to proceed. Once I received the final piece, you would never know it had been broken. Would definitely return if I needed something else fixed!

Naturally I was very cautious about who I chose to adjust my engagement ring size, but I'm so glad I went with Hatton Garden Workshop! They have an excellent reputation for a reason. The initial consultation was easy and extremely detailed, and they adjusted the size quickly and in time for my engagement party! The work they did was fantastic, I would highly recommend.

Fixed my wife's engagement ring in less than five minutes. I would certainly encourage anyone who needs a fix to visit Hatton Garden. They are true craftspeople and incredibly professional.

I arranged an appointment and took a ring here which I wanted modified to host a larger and different shaped diamond. I was immediately welcomed and put at ease, and the gentleman confided with one of the smiths to see if my requests were possible. He checked and noted down the GIA number of the diamond I had brought in which put my mind at rest that the diamond wouldn’t be swapped out (as is often warned off). The works were completed to schedule and it was easy to collect and pay on completion. The finished ring was nothing short of stunning. Not cheap but you certainly get what you pay for, the goldsmith did an incredible job. I would highly recommend this workshop for jewellery modifications or repair. Thank you!

I would recommend the Hatton Garden Workshop. My daughter wanted her ring a smaller size. I met Mike who explained the job, the stones were checked after to ensure non would pop out after the alteration, and this was all completed in 1 hour because there were no complications. Excellent service and very easy to book an appointment online. Very professional, thank you.
