I have been ordering things from haruharu from time to time for myself and my friends and i love the products that i have purchased and the staff are very nice and polite. The store is small but nice and website is easy to navigate too.

Ik word altijd heel goed geholpen hier. Zowel fysiek in de winkel als aan de telefoon. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan de problemen waar je mee loopt en specifiek daarop heel goed geadviseerd.

Real nice experience
Service was quick and efficient. I really l like the surprise goody bag, like getting gifts at Xmas. And the personal note attached to the order.
Only small point of improvement, but more on the products than on Haru Haru: some of the instructions for use are absent or very very minimal. I personally also have problems with the letter size, but I understand that that cannot be helped when the packaging is really small and many languages have to be included.
Also a small suggestion for the future of the goody bag: maybe you can make different categories. E.g. I do not use any make up, so I would like to be able to choose a surprise bag with only care products, no make up. Or e.g. only 'hands' or 'face' or 'body' as a theme....

They kept me posted about track and trace.The box included a very personal letter and some samples. The product is very much what I expected.

This shop is amazing! They know exactly what kind of products are needed for my acne prone skin. I have been a regular customer for years now and they still surprise me with their kindness. My skin has never been better.

Shipping cost is a bit expensive for shipping in NL(also was a small package). But it was nicely packed with a lot of extra’s! Also shipping was quite fast. I had an overall nice experience :)
