Although the delivery was a little longer than I had expected. The wait was more than worth it .
The quality and style of the boots are fantastic ,don't linger hit the button you all deserve them

I bought a pair of boots which when they were delivered, I didn't like. I asked for a refund and was told the returns form would be sent to me - it never arrived and despite several attempts to get hold of Mohammad, he ignores me.
Don't buy from him, he will just keep your money if you aren't happy with the product.

These boot are amazing.
I ordered a pair with were supposed to take a couple of weeks. I sent a message asking when I would receive them. I was updated with a revised date straight away.
I received the boots and they had a minor imperfection on the toe of the boot. After sending them a pic with a message outlining the imperfection. They sent another pair without any issues.
These boot are very well made and look so smart. I really can’t wait to wear the over the Christmas period. I just know I will get a load of comments about how well and expensive they look.
I’m always sceptical ordering off of social media. I research the company, as they had good reviews they were some not so great. I thought I’d give them ago and ordered some. I’m really happy with the quality of the boot and very happy with service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Communication throughout the process was very good. Yes, they took a few weeks to arrive but these are hand made and hand finished boots, not like the mass produced footwear you find in high street stores. When they arrived, they smelt hand made with various waxes and polish. The boots look great and fit well. Credit to the craftsman who made these. Despite other reviews, I would recommend this company. They are good.

Absolute scam! Shoes arrived after about 5 weeks, completely the wrong size. After several attempts at rectifying the problem they have ceased all conversations and will not respond. I am now £££ out of pocket with no shoes to show for it. I have even responded to their social media adverts which they have just deleted. Avoid like the plague

Shoes seem good a bit strange to be delivered with no box but no big deal. Quality seems good, I would buy again.

Reliable and excellent service

Absolute terrible company. I ordered a pair of dark brown suede loafers.
The shoes I received most certainly did NOT match the shoes on their website. Everything from the colour, quality and colour of the stitching, the finish on the suede, the cut on the suede, the cut of the suede uppers where the left shoe did not match the right shoe, and even the colour of the horsebit was wrong.
I asked for a return to be authorised (as it dictates on their website) via email and via sms but got no reply. Best in mind this business does not have a landline. Then I messaged them via WhatsApp. I asked for the return address and for the return to be authorised. The reply mentioned someone in their “team” would look into this (by the way there is DEFINITELY no team). I also sent pictures of what they sent with a comparison to what they advertised.
A few days later I was offered a replacement pair.
I said this would be fine as long as all of the issues were rectified. The seller agreed.
I waited…and waited…and waited and waited.
After 2 weeks passed I messaged again to be told “these are hand made and we are only human” and that I shouldn’t “get depressed”.
I waited some more. Maybe another week before demanding either an update or for the return to be authorised.
I was then asked by the seller to wait until he got to work and he would check on my order.
I waited from the Friday until the Monday afternoon and asked for an update. Nothing.
The entire process from ordering the horrid pair I was sent to the exchange I had with the seller above was almost 10 weeks.
In the end i messaged the seller again, as it was more than clear they had NO INTENTION of correcting the order, telling them I am going to trading standards and that they should be ashamed of themselves and that they are a complete fraud in the way they do business and around their customer service.
I was then called a whiner was told what do I expect for the £70 I paid and that they were actually made in China (please bear in mind these shoes were on sale with 60% off) I was actually abused over WhatsApp by this seller. I actually could not believe it. I’ll admit I lost my rag a little and went off at the seller.

I HAVE THE SCREENSHOTS FROM EVERY STAGE OF MY WHATSAPP INTERACTION WITH THIS SELLER OTHER THAN THE ABUSE PART WHICH HE DELETED IMMEDIATELY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

The shoes are of really good quality and really good value for money… I brought 2 pairs of shoes one in black and the other in dark brown really impressed with the leather and the quality of workmanship… These shoes are handmade so well worth the price… The customer service from the team is also very good … Will definitely be buying again…

Nice Black Horsebit suede loafers good value for money

My made to order Penny Loafers look and feel premium quality! Seller is responsive and got my shoe made in a timely manner. I requested to pay extra for express deliver and they sent it to me for free. I would buy again!

I own several pairs of branded loafers (Gucci). The Harmain versions are equally beautiful at a fraction of the price.
