Had to do multiple phone calls to get my delivery and they have missed the delivery day anyway although my order was placed almost a week before.

I hope you are well?
Our Management team at Hinckley inform us that on the scheduled day of your order's delivery the branch team at Hinckley depot contacted you to ask if you would accept your delivery later that afternoon or if delivery the next morming was acceptable to you.
It was agreed that the next morning was acceptable and the delivery was conducted as agreed.
The team at Hinckley were not aware of any issue that this caused, but if it did then please accept our apoligies, and in turn our thanks collectively from all of the team for your custom.

Perfect. Ordered plywood that cost considerably less than if I were to go and pick some up from Wickes. It was delivered overnight and very well protected for shopping with corner protectors and wrapped up.
Will definitely use again. Thankyou

Delivered on time
Delivery arrived on the morning that was booked.
Not a complaint but would be nice to get a delivery confirmation text the day before with AM or PM. Rather than order acknowledgement with " if we don't call you it will be delivered on date booked " . Harlows never heard of missed calls!!

Not entirely smooth but still worth five stars
I've often collected timber, etc. from Harlow's stores but this was a first time delivery. Not entirely smooth. Delivered a day later than originally requested. One item missing but delivered promptly early next day. All was well in the end and good, helpful customer service throughout and good quality timber of course. Just a final comment - having spent much time working out precise lengths of timber required and entering the precise quantities into the well-organised online form - most of the items delivered bore no relationship to the lengths requested. But no matter - all's well and still worth five stars.
