Help fixing broken Macbook screen

Danielle maintained strong…communication
Danielle maintained strong communication with myself and always responded back to me within a substantial timeframe.
Having issues recieving the devices from Dpd on multiple occasions Danielle was extremely helpful trying to get the devices to my store which was more than appreciative.
She also gave a personal touch in her emails which is also refreshing to see these days.

Michelle from the Customer Care Team was fantastic — friendly, clear, and proactive throughout. She kept me updated at every step, arranged a loan laptop quickly so there was no downtime for our business, and made sure everything was collected and returned smoothly.
