Dreadful my parcel was not delivered
Dreadful my parcel was not delivered. I emailed and they said it WAS delivered!! Three emails and the same reply you have received your parcel. So I asked for my email to be forwarded to the “big boss” I am 82 yrs old and bird seed is not cheap. They kept arguing with me which was awful. However an apologetic email arrived saying something was wrong with their office equipment. So I eventually got my full payment back but no seed!!! After all the carry on and the rudness I expected a free parcel 📦 of bird seed. So I emailed and told them what I thought of them and a parcel arrived a couple of days later. It was so so stressful I did NOT receive the bird seed I paid for.

While we are pleased that a refund was ultimately arranged and that a replacement parcel was later sent, we recognise that the overall experience fell short of the standard we strive to deliver.
