Hands HQ have been really helpful with any questions i might have and even add COSHH assessments for the individual products we use that weren't already in their extensive library. It's so easy to use and with Hands HQ, i have saved so much time and can now send out extensive RAMS that cover everything in great detail.

Hands Hq is a fantastic easy to use program.

i Have been using HandsHQ for a number of months now and found it very easy to use and produces professional documents which all my customers except and the work force can understand.

I would recommend the software to any small business and don't be put off the price as this is easily off set with the time you will save, and i have been adding a small charge to each quote to cover this.

They have very good support which i only used a couple of times as the ease of young the software, we shall be using for may years to come good work HandHQ.

We have used this web based system for our mechanical & electrical projects for two years and have never had a problem.
We have always had a good service from the support center and the response time has been very prompt.
The system is easy to use and covers most elements of our installations. The option and ease of adding and adapting the risk and method statements is also very useful to ensure the documents are not generic but more site specific.
We have had good feed back from the main contractors we have submitted the documents too.

A great service that simplfies and speeds up the production of rias assessments and method statements.

Great little app - lots of fun and regular updates with new "skins".

This is a wonderful package that delivers a high standard RAMS document. All the information is there for you to adapt as required.

There are some things I would like to see before I went the full 5 stars.

1. The ability to save risks and control measures when you change them to suit your task. For example we have to put additional control measures for railway works and we need to change thos everytime we do a document. The ability to 'save' for all future documents would be useful.

2. When in editing mode there is no reference numbers. When we recieve comments back from a PC it is sometimes difficukt to find where that information is while in editing mode. Once in a PDF each section has a section number. If this could be duplicated so you could see these in edit mide that woulf be helpful.

Customer service has been second to none and everyone acts very swiftly! Thoroughly recommended.
