Dear Lynsey
We sent you the track code so you can also verify that your parcel was sent the next day of your order and that it about to be delivered. Unfortunately there is very little that we can do concerning the delivery. We also included an attachment with our responding email for even more verification. We will definitely keep on watching for your parcel and make sure it reaches your hands safely.
Have a lovely night and hopefully your lovely throw will be with you by tomorrow.
I love love what I order
