Everything was great from the initial ordering to shipment.

It came on time. It is exactly as described. Unfortunately I underestimated the thickness of my hair and this comb will not stay in. I will gift it to someone whose hair has more substance than mine. I find all of your products to be of excellent quality. I have not been disappointed nor am I disappointed now.
Except perhaps in how fine my hair is!

Feels scammy. Ordered June 4. Got an email June 6 that hey! It shipped and you can look it up using the tracking number. However, hard to look up when no tracking number was included in the email. Customer service sent me two separate emails wanting me to review a purchase I never recieved. Have yet to respond to my inquiries about no item, no tracking number.

Very cool hair accessory. Grabs all the short pieces, but doesn't pull.

I have ordered multiple items from HairZing and never been disappointed. This time was no exception. There was a slight glitch shipping my order but customer service went above and beyond making it right. I continue to be a very loyal customer!

Never received order. Ordered one month ago, inquired about order this week and no response. Currently awaiting a refund.

Beautiful pieces, and very comfortable. I have heavy hair and needed to pin my hair back without pulling on my scalp and these products are perfect for that.

I have thick, long hair and I have difficulty finding hair accessories that can hold my hair in place without giving me a headache. This product no only held my hair all day but I didn't get a headache. I will be buying another one soon.

They’re not TSA friendly when wearing them through TSA check in. Other than that they’re Perfect for me!

The service was excellent and prompt everything came in a very nice and secured zip bag. Happy with the product.

Love it! Its comfortable and sturdy. I wish these were available when I was a teen and the original banana clip never held thick curly hair like mine. I will definately spread the word and recommend to others!

HairZing products have always been great. First bought them in Sparks Nevada at Hot August Nights have used them many times over the years. Love them. Right now i have a very serious hair thinning condition and they work wonders.

The large double comb is really pretty (tortoise variety), but unfortunately, if you have thick or layered hair, it doesn't really hold tightly. And, once you slide the first comb in, the comb twists when you try to grab the second comb. Overall, it was pretty but not really effective.

I purchased a few Hairzing products a month ago. I had a question about one of the items from my order. I sent 2 emails and messaged on Facebook. I never heard back, so I just figured that my question was lost in traction. A week or two after my first purchase, I received a personal phone call from Gidget. She apologized about the whole ordeal and wanted to make up to me about sending me a free banana stretch comb. I didn't want to take advantage of her hospitality. I did get a comb that I was wanting to get but I didn't go to overboard. A few days later I purchased a few more combs in different colors. The shipping was fast

I have the Original Stretch Banana Clip with pearls and I love wearing it, so I decided to try a few other items. I bought the Pearl & Black beaded Try me set. Since the size is smaller than the pearl banana clip, they give me a different look than the bigger clip. I am also thrilled to have the Mini-for sectioning hair. I bought everyone of them. I have thinner hair on top and also a couple of cowlicks. I am able to use a mini to secure the hair to cover my cowlick at the crown of my head. Absolutely love these minis.
