Original review taken down. I’ve since had another transplant and the surgeons could not believe the poor work here and also believe I was severely mislead on how many grafts I had . Never mind the terrible aftercare stories.

I’m really happy with my FUE hair transplant procedure. From start to finish, I was very well looked after and felt I was in good hands throughout the whole experience.

Honestly, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is concerned about their hair or has any doubts about getting a transplant. If you’re thinking about taking the step, I’d say go for it! I couldn’t recommend them enough! 👏 Massive thanks to the TEAM! 🙌

Writing ANOTHER review because The Hair Dr didn’t like my genuine honest review of the place. If you take down my review, I will just write another one because I deserve to have an opinion on this place and to write my experience here.

I walked into this clinic having high hopes and the staff here gave me the impression that they were the best of the best with the fella at reception boasting about how amazing the surgeon is here, but that quickly changed.

AFTER we had decided on a price, the surgeon who has a look at the scalp and using the marker pen to draw the hairline decided to cut off my entire fringe and THEN proceeds to say Im going to need more grafts, upping the total price of the procedure. This seems like a tactic they use to try and trap you and pressure you now you’ve got all the way here, sat in the chair and your hair is partially cut off.

I went ahead anyway, blinded by desperation to sort out my hair as I had dealt with health issues that severely affected my hair and I just wanted my old self back now that my health had recovered and to have the full head of hair that I once had.

Had the procedure and fast forward to about a year and a half later, the results were absolutely shocking. It looked better BEFORE the procedure and that isn’t an exaggeration either.

Exactly the same as others that have had a transplant here, the result is terrible. They then blamed my hair being the problem so they definitely cant take responsibility either for when their work just isn't up to standard.

For anyone reading this, the reviews show excellent at 4.3 stars because they ask people to write a review right after they’ve had their procedure, and I’m also fairly certain they have someone who sits on google reviews and trustpilot purely to try and get honest reviews taken down because they know if the genuine reviews were still up, they’d be out of business.

Unfortunately, the other negative reviews about this place are true.

I allowed my transplant to mature and grow as much as I could before posting a review, but the results are poor and I need to get it fixed elsewhere.

I have had very poor growth and the initial density when comparing it to other transplants does look a little low, so maybe no surprise it isn’t up to scratch. The punch used for my donor area was also quite large.

On the day of my transplant the doctor was late and no shock if you’ve read the other reviews, he said I would need more grafts at extra cost to do my temples. That was £1500 extra on the day bringing the total to £7500 for 2500 grafts.

The majority of the transplant was done by nurses and at the end of the day the doctor had already left and didn’t even look himself. The surgery didn’t finish until around half 11 at night. I can’t believe how long it took for 2500 grafts!

Naturally, they have said if I want it fixed then it will cost me more. I have of course declined this at this clinic.

Please do your research to decide if this clinic is for you.

I paid £20,000 for surgery with Dr Fas Arshad at Leeds Private Hospital in August 2025. More than 13 months later, my complaint is still unresolved.

The most serious issue is that I believe the lower blepharoplasty and fat transfer I paid for were not carried out. The clinic says they were. I dispute that, and I have received different explanations about what was done.

I also believe some information provided before surgery was misleading and important information was not disclosed. There are entries in my records that I dispute because they do not reflect my experience.

After surgery, I spent the night in theatre. The surgeon reviews promised at 4, 12 and 26 weeks did not happen.

I am now at Stage 2 of the complaints process. I emailed asking who would review my complaint and how their independence would be ensured. I have received no answer to that email.

This goes well beyond disappointment with a cosmetic result. I paid for specific procedures and expected accurate information, proper aftercare and clear answers when I raised concerns. I am still chasing those answers.

Before booking, I would urge prospective patients to get the exact procedures, aftercare commitments and complaints arrangements in writing.

Patients with concerns about their care or complaint handling can share their experience with the CQC. Serious concerns about a doctor’s honesty or professional conduct can also be raised with the GMC.

I will update this review with any substantive response or resolution. At present, these matters remain unresolved.

From the minute I arrive I was warmly welcomed, the staff are exceptional and the whole day was a pleasant experience, I can not yet comment on the final final results but my day was a 5 out of 5. I really do feel I made the perfect choice after shopping around for months. Thankyou so much The hair Dr team.

I had a great experience with my hair transplant, can’t thank Dr. Hamzah and his team enough for being so professional and very supportive through the whole procedure.

From start to finish the whole process was smooth with no pressure at all. Dr Hamza and his staff very helpful and pleasant through the whole day which made the procedure feel a lot better.

Contacted Hair Dr, initially I called them and the man I spoke to sounded very helpful, asking me to send pics via email. I took pics and emailed them, I also used their telephone call back booking system to arrange a 30 mins telephone discussion for the morning after. All set, or so I thought. At the time of the pre-booked call back - no call received. Also, there had been no reply to the email I sent the day before. I waited a few hours and called them in the afternoon to explain what had happened (or not in this case). The lady who answered apologized and advised me that she would get someone to call me back asap. More than 24 hour later and nothing from them. There is current advice out there to be wary and suspicious of places that have lots of 5 star Reviews! UPDATE -a few weeks later they have replied to my bad review - dismissively - to say they have no record of treating me -well Duhh, that is the whole point - I never got to the point of becoming a patient as they totally ignored my email and call back request which was officially confirmed and scheduled to take place.

Came here for a hair transplant, from the beginning dr hamza made me feel at ease with the procedure. The girls, in particular Kiera, made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure, providing me with snacks & drinks and always checking up on how I’m feeling.

I’m a few weeks post op from my Hair Transplant Procedure, so far everything has been more than i expected. Dr Hamza is very clear and very understanding. He was always there to answer my crazy “what if” questions i had on the day and helped me a lot with my nerves. He did nothing but make sure i was comfortable throughout the whole procedure and has continued to have follow up appointments with me, as my months to the final result progress.

I also would like to add, the team and the atmosphere all day was incredible and a special shout out to Georgia. She was the first face i saw in the morning and did nothing but make me feel assured. I was pretty nervous going in but she remained calm with me and again, answered any questions i had through out the day. 10/10 would recommend.
