This is the second time I’ve ordered from Hair Care Canada and it’s gone perfectly both times. I couldn’t find a local salon to keep buying a product that’s essential to my hair care routine (Kevin Murphy’s Re.store) and was glad to find somewhere online I could order it. It shipped quickly, well packaged, and arrive in perfect condition.

Awful experience
Awful experience. I had made orders here before and they were great. I recently ordered a daily large order and hair care Canada shipped my order to the wrong address. I contacted support and they will not resend any product or even partially refund my purchase. Regardless of the pact all addresses on my invoice are correct it was a shipping error on their part. Do not order there is no customer support. I will not be buying here again.

Thanks for this feedback Emily. However, and as shared through our communications. When you enter the incorrect shipping location at time of order, we send to that location. Our crystal ball at times is somewhat cloudy. As also shared, Canada Post will redirect when you request it.
