Kevin Murphy pump
When I placed my order, I didn't realize the Kevin Murphy pump wasn't included. After ordering, I contacted your client service and was helped with adding this pump to my first order without having to pay for shipping twice. That was nice. But if I had à suggestion is to add as an option when purchasing the 1000 ml the purchase of the pump on the one and same order.

Horrible Customer Service, BEWARE!
My partner and I both ordered product by mistake. I emailed to cancel my order less then 2 hours later. The next morning I got an email saying my product was on its way. The morning staff is different then who fills the order. I asked if I could return it and was told
"If you wish to return it there is a $25 administrative fee charged on all returns that are sent back by costumer choice, and shipping costs are the customers responsibility."
I was shocked with the customer service I received. I would not recommend this company. Nor will I be ordering from them again.
UPDATE:
I have received 2 very rude emails from the company, that is located in the same time zone as me, and reading the response makes me realize I've hit a nerve. I don't agree with there return policy and stated my opinion. I say BEWARE if this is how they treat customers. Word of mouth and repeat customers is huge in any industry.

A VERY RARE 1 star review about how horrible the service was that is related to a customer mistake where blame is passed onto the company by the customer. How can Hair Care Canada be accountable for the fact that 2 members of the household did not communicate between themselves, that they both ordered product online from the same site late into the evening EST, but then realized a few hours later of their misstep, at which time they send an email late at night when staff is likely headed to bed, asking to cancel the order? You yourself state that “you made a mistake”, yet we are horrible? We fulfill orders between 6am - 8am the next morning. Dropped them at Canada Post prior to 8:30am so our customers would quickly receive their product, which by the way we are famous for according to the hundreds of 5 star reviews on this site. By the time we received your email that a cancellation request was made, that you sent when most of Canada was asleep, the order was already in a Canada Post truck. We accept 1 star reviews when we have done something wrong such as accept payment but never deliver the product and ignore all incoming communication which would be fraud. In this case, we pushed the product out the door before sunrise next day. Responded to the cancelation request 90 minutes into the day as there is a que, and then stated the order was already on its way. You asked about shelf life which we addressed as a non issue and you accepted. You then go out to the web looking for a way to slander our company because you want us to absorb the cost to return product that you ordered, which we shipped with lightning fast speed. Apparently this is 1 star service. If only there was a review platform for customers. It’s so easy to slander a good family run company that has maintained a 4.7 star rating over the past 3 years and said company reviews directly contradict what you believe is standard treatment. It is disappointing that we are not a 5 because of bogus reviews such as this based on a dark perspective. Bottom line, you received excellent service in spite of the fact you made a double order that could not be called back in time. If not standing by 24/7/365 to immediately act upon emails sent at all hours of the night, and not tolerating abuse hurled at staff through mean emails rates 1 star service then we have reached a sad state. Of course a nerve is hit, as it would be for any company that receives an unfair rating by a jaded individual who takes no ownership of thier own actions that created the issue in the first place.

Hair Care Canada is a legitimate online business
I was in need of more Kevin Murphy hair products, and since my Hair Salon is no longer carrying them, I have had to look elsewhere. I was a little bit leery to place an order with an online company, however, Hair Care Canada had a great selection, and priced at a point that was similar to what I have paid before. It was easy to place an order online, I received a confirmation email, and an invoice, and it was delivered by Canada Post within a week. This is a legitimate business, and I would reassure others who might need to order hair products, that this website is honest and reliable. I am pleased to still find the products I like to use.

I ordered 6.8oz moroccanoil
I ordered 6.8oz moroccanoil. I got 3.4 oz. I asked why and got a response that they sent me a mail regarding that. I got only 6.06 CAD refund mail, which was not explaining anything about product change. Well I didn't have any reason to buy 3.4 oz product from here. with more than 80 CAD (even after refund, shipping fee was 16+tax). Same product sells in Amazon - 55 CAD + tax. THANK YOU FOR EDUCATION. Thank you for giving me a reason why I shouldn't order anything from here.

I'm confused as to how you arrived at a 1 star review. You ordered a discontinued product for half price of what it normaly sells for at fair market value. That item was sold out so we reached out to you asking if you would like the 3.4oz size instead however you did not respond. We proactivly sent 3.4oz to fulfill your order, yes the bottle was 3.4 onces less than you ordered, however the price was adjusted proactivly and refunded to your card. Regarding shipping, your original order didn't meet the free shipping threshold, yet you were ok with that and ordered regardless, but now your upset after the fact. Odd. You recieved the product for $54.61 + tax which is less than the $55 + tax you claim Amazon sells for. Hence my confusion. If you didnt want to pay shipping possibly Amazon should have been the vendor you chose which would have been our preference based on the abuse directed at Hair Care Canada customer care this morning.
