The Plumbing Shop Anmeldelser

Easy ordering, on-time delivery - what more can one ask? Thank you.

Thank you very much! Order delivered by courier in super fast time... product very carefully packed and fixed my leaking shower in less than 10 minutes! Would highly recommend using this outlet. - Thank you Plumbing Shop!

The ordered item was not suitable for purpose. Asked to return this took three
phone calls.
Getting the price refunded has taken another 4 calls and incurred interest
charges on my credit card.
Will avoid in future

Ordered a new shower hose and got it by post. No problems.

The above says it all

dissappointed with delivery time for £5.80

Excellent service very good advice and at least £40 cheaper than anyone else online

Quickly found the part I needed online, ordered, paid, and delivered within 3 days
cheaper than aqualisa direct.

This is the third pump I have purchased from HIE. On every occasion the price paid, and speed of delivery have been excellent

Found the staff helpful provided advice and ordered item arrived the next day> the piece of equipment was complete with full fitting instructions and diagrammes which were easy to fallow.I will youes them again when it need parts at a good price and good service.

First class service

This purchase gave me a warm feeling inside :-)

Chosen because out of about 10 potential UK suppliers of the Kinedo Pod Shower (a French product) the Plumbing Shop was by a fairly small margin the least expensive, they surprised me by being accessible and really helpful with my queries, in contrast to their competitors, also very fast and efficient in dispatching my single order. They have a large inventory of products and will be my first choice next time.

Everything worked as expected, but would have been nice to be able to track the order, so I would have known when to expect it.
Will use the company again though - no second thoughts.

Good service, great range, fair prices, fast delivery. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Would use this company again but they really need to implement a mechanism for notifying customers that their purchase is on the way!! I had no idea whether my order had been processed and as I had a leaking shower valve it was pretty critical to know if the product was going to arrive soon. Couldn't fault the advice given but this was after I'd phoned to get confirmation of delivery.

After checking various plumbing shops etc always end up going to HIE even though
some distance from my home they have never let me down with deliveries.
Also find their prices compare with anybody. GOOD COMPANY.

Impressed that the part I ordered arrived overnight. Thanks

NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS ORDER, WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Would recommend x
