Good range of men's and women's sports/casual clothing. Each item I've purchased fits well and comfortably.

I got a Gym + Coffee Snap caller top at Christmas , after wearing it twice I noticed that the buttons popped off so I contacted them to get an exchange.
This took until February to get the top sent back. On the day I sent the top back I dropped them an email to explain I sent the item back and I added the note they told me to add. I also asked how long it would take me till I got my new top?
That was 19th of February. This is now April and I have not heard one thing from Gym plus Coffee I have emailed them twice. I have heard nothing! All I wanted was an exchange or a similar top at the same price and they’ve just chosen to ignore me.
They’ve took my money and they’ve took my product !
Gym Plus Coffee clearly spend thousands on their advertising campaign as we can see from their new line posted all over social media . Maybe they should start pumping some of that money into their customer services because this is an absolute joke.
I wouldn’t not recommend buying their products and especially not online as you won’t get an exchange and they’ll just ignore you.

I recently purchased a fleece online, but unfortunately it didn’t fit when it arrived, so I returned it straight away. I was disappointed to find that my refund had the postage cost deducted. For a company that primarily operates online, I think offering free returns would be a fair and more customer-friendly policy.

Ordered items in the sale, they went cheaper and thus I ordered the same items again (which makes sense). The cheaper items were dispatched first, for which I received an email, the second and less discounted were dispatched thereafter. Two days later I got an email to say the cheaper items were no longer on their way, in fact they were out of stock. I tried reaching out to customer service but have had no response, hence the low rating.

The items themselves are always great and I’ve shopped here in the sale multiple times, but this issue seems like exploitation, nevermind that no one has bothered to respond to me.

I love this company and I just adore my latest purchase a jacket. I much prefer the more muted gym & coffee marking too.

Horrible customer service. I have emailed several times regarding a faulty product. I have been ignored and have still not received my refund,after sending back the faulty leggings.

I'm always looking for an affordable, on trend gym/lifestyle brand. GPC is ticking those boxes right now. I have the textured sweatshirt and the quality, fit and style are just perfect.

My order arrived very quickly, and when two items turned out to be too big, I returned them without any issues. The return process was smooth and fast, and I received my refund very quickly.
I ordered the correct size again and everything fits perfectly now , I’m really happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

Have been eyeing Industrial Fleece but haven’t fully decided then they had Sale! Received my Fleece on time and the its quality is great. Perfect for Spring as it is Baby Blue in colour and definitely perfect for Winter with the right layers.

I ordered a fleece in November which I love. Ordered another one last week and it doesn’t suit me so I want to return. Returns portal doesn’t work and they are not responding to my emails. If I don’t get a response soon I will have no choice but to pursue a claim through the small claims court to get a refund.

I love this brand. I own every colour of the industrial fleece, fleece jackets and I’m pretty sure I have managed to complete the task of buying everything they have lol. So I def recommend this brand to anyone. I constantly get compliments when wearing these products
