I am amazed by their work ethics and customer service.

They answered every question I had and responded promptly to my emails.

Through my purchase I had to contact several members of their staff and it was a pleasure to communicate with them. They were happy to resolve every problem that occurred.

I am very happy with my purchase and it was a great experience.

I congratulate them for their efforts.

Great service from Jared. I bought the G12 which was delivered when specified and is an amazing piece of kit. Thoroughly recommend the Force USA equipment.

Great service from Jared. He knows his kit and I am very happy with my order.

Excellent! Jared, Alex and Grant were wonderfully courteous, helpful and informative. My order arrived on time and as promised, the G12 was straightforward to build and when after sales support was needed, they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

Brilliant service and price and organised install

Great on the phone, ordered Monster force G3. Got delivered 3 days later. All went very smoothly. Would use them again.

Super helpful and super fast delivery, even during COVID, very impressed and very happy with my purchase!

A couple of months into lockdown I decided to take the plunge and purchase a functional training rig for the home. After lots of research, the Force USA G12 rig was the right one and I ordered from Gym&Fitness. The ordering process on the site was easy, clear and concise. Once ordered confirmation was instant and within a few weeks I had my new rig installed. Miles was great when I had a question post installation and they genuinely care about delivering a great service.

These guys are amazing. Honestly I had second thoughts since their prices were less than the other sites but still went for it. But I was surprised they delivered more than what I expected. Their service was also great, they were easy to reach out if I have any queries.

fantastic service and always available to answer questions. I bought a ForceUsa G9, excellent price / quality ratio. In 10 days the goods were delivered to me in Italy. I recommend this company, serious and professional!

Amazing service from the outset. Tash and Miles were great with email and staying in communication. I was hesitant to take my workouts from Rocky to a more Ivan Drago setup, but they were just amazing at answering all my questions. The delivery days was a breeze and the team they used to put it together (phil and fam) were amazing too. Can't speak highly enough of the service I have received. Would recommend to my friends and family and will be sure to shop from this company again.

Thank you all very much :)

Really great service from Miles, his team, logistics and installation. All very well organised and I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest of customers at times. Recommended to several friends who have had the same great experience I had.
