GX Golf Gloves was built on a simple idea. Golf gloves had become overpriced for what they actually are. My name's George, founder of GX. After 4 years of playing NCAA Division 1 college golf, I had access to the best gloves in the game. When that stopped, I realised how much golfers were paying for the same level of product. GX was started to change that. We focus on one thing above everything else. Making a premium golf glove that performs at the highest level, without the inflated price tag. Our flagship glove, the Players Cabretta, is made using carefully selected AAA Cabretta leather and go through a specialised treatment process. This helps deliver the soft feel, grip and durability you would expect from tour-level gloves, but at a price that makes sense for everyday golfers. Everything we do is built around performance, consistency and value. From fit and feel, through to how long the glove lasts in real playing conditions. Great gloves at a great price
Great gloves at a great price. Will definitely go back when I need more. Promo code from Josh Oddy golf basically cancelled out the carriage charges.
Fit was good, nice premium soft leather.
Will add to review if it falls short on longevity, but first one used is going ok, no reason to think it won’t.

Just had first delivery of 6 gloves great quality and good fit had smalls issue with delivery as I live in Spain .. they answered my email promptly and solved issue straight away great work .. would def use them again as great value for v good product.. I got the pen also works well .

Great gloves, double check size
Ive been buying gx gloves for a good few years and had been very happy with them.I recently ordered 9 medium sized gloves . when i tried the first one on it was far too large. i checked and it had a medium tag. from the 9 gloves 4 were all different sizes but all tagged medium. one varied up to 10mm on the fingers. i e mailed gx to complain and returned my gloves. After 5 months i have received a personal e mail from the company director apologising for my inconvenience and informing me they have made changes to their quality control procedures. He sent out 3 free gloves as an apology for my experience. The gloves sizes were as they should be. I will continue buying gx gloves as they are excellent but advise to check the size as soon as you receive them if you buy a large quantity.

Problem of delivery... And no follow up ...silent email
Problem of delivery... RoyalMail pur my parcel in a garden in another nearby street and is missing. Trying to contact GX by email info at gxgolfgloves.com ...but no answers for a week so far! Bad service!
They replied roday for a full refund...so ok now! Nice gloves by the way!

Having used major brands for as long as I can remember I decided it was time to try something "new" Having seen social posts picked GX and website easy to use. Ordered a 3 pack and arrived with 24 hours, quality of the gloves is as good as any I have used. I did have an issue which was resolved quickly and without any hassle. Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I made a mistake with my order and I sent the wrong item back 3 weeks ago still waiting on a refund or the correct items being delivered. I sent at least 4 emails and I’ve had radio silence

Customs charge to Ireland GX Gloves
Delivery to Ireland comes with a customs cost which makes these gloves more expensive than the most expensive gloves on the market. I think it's extremely poor of GX Gloves not to let their EU Customers know this. Very poor show - On top of this they are too small which is fine but it means they go into the bin because returning them will cost more money.

I understand your frustration around customs charges and sizing, both are important parts of the experience. On customs, this is unfortunately outside of our direct control, but we are actively working on improving our international setup to reduce issues like this for customers in Ireland and elsewhere.
On sizing, we take that seriously and it is something we continue to refine. We now also have a dedicated customer service team who can guide customers more closely to get the right fit before ordering.
We stand by the quality of the gloves and the materials used, but I appreciate that your experience did not reflect that, and we will take this on board.

Recommended these gloves by a golfing friend. Order a size in line with the GX guidelines. They fit but we're a bit neat (I was right on.the line from the measurement). Sent back with the card supplied. Great service, but they sent the wrong dexterity. I emailed to inform them. They responded quickly and sent out the correct dexterity, with 1 glove extra to my order for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service. Excellent gloves, Excellent price 👍👍💯%

1 star only because 0 star is not an option. Worst purchase ever. Bought on may 25, nothing arrived, kept emailing, no tracking number nothing. Customer service is slow to non existant. They eventually said if I didn't get anything by end of June they would resend. Now in mid July and they won't resend. Now claiming back from credit card company.

Gloves came the wrong size and wrong hand and have emailed customer services 3 times and nobody has replied. Very disappointed in the service or should I say lack of.

Good product but false delivery information
I recently bought a golf towel from gx golf. Be aware that on the website they clearly state 1st class delivery option is next working day delivery. This is not the case!! I made an order on the Saturday night and it didn't arrive until late Wednesday afternoon. After contacting them they stated they use royal mail which sometimes can have delays. This wasn't the case and is clearly false advertising. I have raised this with customer services and they have failed to respond to me or alter the information on their website. I have given three stars as the product itself I was pleased with just don't think when it says next working day delivery it means that

I am glad to hear you were pleased with the product itself, but I completely understand your frustration around the delivery expectations. You are right to expect that if something is stated clearly on the website, it should match the actual experience.
To clarify, when we reference next working day delivery, this is based on Royal Mail services rather than a guaranteed courier delivery, but I take your point that this needs to be communicated more clearly so there is no confusion.
On the customer service side, the lack of follow up is not acceptable. Since then, we have made significant improvements and now have a dedicated customer service team with much faster response times.
We will take this feedback on board, particularly around how delivery expectations are communicated, as that is an important part of the overall experience.

I’ve been playing for over 45 years (single hcp) and I have never felt a better quality cabretta golf glove than GX. It is soft, it is thin and it is strong. Fits like a glove! I hope never to wear another golf glove. I ordered 9😊 so for the coming years I’m all set.
