Since my earlier review in June of this year which was extremely complimentary, despite numerous attempts, I have failed to get Gutter Guys to return to my house to fix a length of gutter which they erected without the necessary brackets to fasten it to the soffit board. The new gutter therefore does not receive rainwater from the roof as the gutter is not positioned correctly, instead it runs down the wall of the house. The dry weather since the work was completed meant that this problem was not identified until it rained for the first time at the end of July. While their remaining work was extremely good their attitude with regard to fixing this problem has been shameful. It is quite obvious that having received payment they are no longer interested in providing a satisfactory service to their customers. I would not employ them again and I would suggest that other potential customers consider my experience before engaging them.

This company is advertising falsely
This company is advertising falsely. They are not gutter guys and they are in fact an Ariel company based in Scotland. They then seek to randomly find any one in the area they can hence their poor reputation for not turning up. I would suggest treading carefully before using.

Rang to arrange a quote for repair of leaking gutter. Problem identified immediately by Callum and replacement arranged within a few days.
Job was completed efficiently by Callum and Peter who were professional and courteous throughout.
Highly recommended.

Wasn't a big job but the care and attention given was impressive. They discussed the issue with me and proceeded and completed the task as discussed. The price was agreed, was very reasonable and paid with thanks.

What a amazing firm, quick and reliable.
