Very slippery mat. Regret buying them.

Its cute but too slippery . Won’t recommend specially if your baby just starting to crawl

Ordered two playmats. Both excellent quality. Also contacted customer service with a query and they were fast to respond. 5/5 stars.

Recently purchased the rainbow play mat set (15 tiles). On arrival the tiles looked fantastic, so much so I ordered a few extra to make the space slightly bigger. However, as soon as my daughter started using the play mat we realised quickly how unbelievably slippery the tiles are. My daughter’s toys were slipping so much I quickly tried to put non slip material underneath a soft play cube to stop it from moving and on reflection I thought that I shouldn’t have to do that. She hated the mat as she couldn’t stand up and found it difficult to move around so we took it up within a few hours and stopped using it. So disappointed in this product as it looks amazing but just isn’t functional. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this product. I have contacted customer service for a full refund and to return the product free of charge.

Update: Customer Service have been fantastic, they have been quick to respond and have accepted the tiles for return.

The playmat ( rainbow cream) is beautiful! And very high quality! Perfect for covering hard stone floor to create a child safe play area.

Love these tiles and the foam is so thick! It makes baby’s time learning to sit up much safer as well as reaching for all the toys. A great surface for learning to crawl and really gorgeous pattern as well. And that I can order more times to expand and fit into the nursery space as she gets bigger is brilliant. Wish they were also in Canada so I could have them over there too!

Amazing end to end experience. Fast delivery and beautiful product

We purchased the soft mint and miffy design tiles in January 2023 but within 3-4 months the miffy mats top layer started to peel off around the edges. We contacted Gus&Beau about the issue who were kind enough to send us replacement tiles, however another 4 months down the line, we have the same issue of peeling as well as lots of bubbling in the centre of the mats where you can see the top layer detaching from the tile. Such a shame as these mats at first looked very lovely with really nice colours and designs but disappointing as they are fairly expensive. My concern here is that my little one can now peel off parts and put it in her mouth possibly being a choking hazard. I would have expected the mats to be more robust if made for a baby/toddler and last more than a few months considering they are only used in the evenings. The two star review is for the product that fell short of expectations and not suitable for the use it was intended for. The customer service itself cannot be faulted!

I had an issue with the mat I purchased, and their customer service quicky arrange an exchange. The mat is now perfect and I love their style! Recommended.
