This was exactly what I was looking for, for my scan n cut machine. It fits in really well and I love the removable insert which I use to lift the machine in and out of the bag. I can fit in all my mats in the side pockets as well as any other bits and bobs, and there is still plenty of room left over. It is really easy to move around thanks to being on wheels and it is not too big and bulky.
Another plus was it was the cheapest I found online, and delivery was quick and efficient.

The overlocker arrived on time and was easy to order.

This is the second sewing machine I have bought from this company and would have to say that the service has been first class.

I had never heard of a Novum sewing machine but after reading what they said about it I was more than happy to go ahead with the purchase.

I found GUR through Pinterest. Their advertisement came just at the right time as I was frustratedly struggling with my sewing machine. GUR offered very good value for money and I found their website very easy to navigate. I chose what has proven to be a great machine which I use almost daily. GUR was easy to contact when Parcelforce started playing up, saying they had tried to deliver when they hadn’t; wanting me to collect which I did in the end. A few weeks later, I decided to upgrade my serger with a new one from GUR ; also a delightful experience and I have been happily sewing ever since.

What a fabulous service. I doubted the part on the website would fit my machine so contacted them. They ensured me a would and guess what they were right despite looking different to my old one.

I carefully ordered a needleplate for my brother overlocker, checking it was listed to fit my model. It doesn’t fit. I emailed GUR and got no response. I used their customer contact form to explain the issue and request a call back and got no response. I tried to call about 20 times and could never get through. Appalling customer service that has left me £35 out of pocket.

went on website to look at overlockers and went for novum easylock. after reading about it i ordered it .was here next day .it came threaded but thought i would have a go at threading it .was very easy .it came with 5 feet that i have nt used yet. very happy with it .

Easy to order. Just sit back and wait for it.

Excellent Flat lock machine, my first quite incredible. I do find the instructions a bit sketchy because I have neave used one before,also I found the screw driver too big for the needle screws. The delivery was quick and efficient.

Purchased the Jaguar 200sq sewing machine, very nice machine that came with very useful extras such as a storage bag for the machine, the extension table, both standard needles and a twin needle and a walking foot. The machine is very easy to use with a wide range of stitches.

Very pleased with my new Overlocker….absolutely love it and extremely reasonable price! GUR helpline got back to me straight away when I had problems threading the machine and guided me through the process. Would highly recommend as a company.

This company has such a wide range of sewing machines to choose from. The descriptions and videos online help you to make a decision on which model you would like. And you can ring them to speak to somebody as well. My machine arrived within 24 hours, and was exactly as described. There were videos that talked you through how to wind the bobbin, and thread the main thread. The machine is perfect for me. Great company with great customer service and great products.
