Michael came round to measure me at home and was able to provide samples of all the tartans I wanted to see before I ordered. I am now the owner of a cracking pair of tartan trews that I am delighted with.

I rang your company and left a message and within half a day, I had somebody ring me and answer all of my questions. The process online was efficient but what made the experience great was having someone knowledgeable at the end of the phone. The team has been in touch to communicate progress regularly. The product is fantastic. A wonderful experience of great product and first class customer service

Measurement instructions easy to follow, delivered in just over 5 weeks after order was made. Trews needed a couple of minor adjustments, of which Gunn & Grant promptly paid £30.

An absolute 10/10 experience from Michael. I emailed late one night asking about my tartan that wasn't featured on the website. Within an hour it was added and ready for an order; at this price with strong customer relations it was a no brainer to go with Gunn & Grant.
I received my fully lined trews 6 weeks after and fit perfectly, but good to know that they could be tailored gratuitously if needed.

From start to finish this has to be the best service and quality of product I've ever had. The easy to follow instructions for measuring, communications regarding tartan availability in themselves were great, but when the Trews arrived so well wrapped with care and attention I was totally blown away by the pure quality of the product.
