Gun Dog Supply Anmeldelser

Recently wrote a review w concerns regarding customer service . Next day a call from owner addressing concerns. That speaks volumes to me

Originally I received a bad replacement battery but Gun Dog Supply made it right. They just gained my business back. Thanks Mr. Snell...

You placed the order on Aug 4th.

It’s now Aug 14th — still no delivery.

You contacted the seller, and they agreed to resend the order — which is a fair solution.

But then they added a condition: I must return the personalized dog collars, even though they haven’t arrived yet (or just recently did).

That costs me time, energy, and possibly shipping fees, and for what? You’re still left waiting for something that wasn’t your fault.

I bought a collar from them which is the only place i could get this type of collar directly in new zealand. The delivery was pretty much instant like a day or 2 after ordering and i love in the wellington area. They'd sent the wrong size so i emailed back on how to go about getting the correct size. Although there wasn't any word back through email, they sent me the correct collar and let me keep the other one as well. Honest mistake, Trustworthy place for sure. Thanks for my collar :)

I knew exactly what I was looking for and navigation of the site was easy to use and the ordering process was a breeze. I purchased the Garmin Pro 550+ and TT25 collars for my two Dobermans. Wanted a gps collar but also a training function since one of my dogs is prey driven. The site and also the YouTube videos that provided honest reviews which helped me choose which Garmin option would be best suited!

Well made. Sturdy. Built to last. Plus the collar smells like gun oil. How could you go wrong. I have two collars

I have been a customer for years. Only place I will shop.

Quick service.
Prompt delivery

Placed order on March 21 and its now Apri 3rd have not received anything yet, probally not your faut but USPS is terrible.

Great product, fast delivery and fair prices!

Gun Dog Supply is a great company. They offer quality products at fair prices and their customer service never fails.

I ordered 3 brass stamped collar tags, while the tag is fine, the stamping is terrible, not even, and not centered. I guess you get what you pay for.

Gun Dog Supply is my go to place. They are fast and will fix any mistakes made.

Fast shipping! I love this company. This is the third collar we have purchased, and they are excellent quality and exactly as described! Will definitely purchase from them again!

I highly recommend Gun Dog Supply. They process orders quickly and have excellent customer service. They really want their customers to be happy with their purchases. Returns are quick and painless if you need to make them.

Dogs love it

Gun Dog Supply is my favorite website for dog supplies! I’ve probably placed over ten orders with this company and I’ve never had a bad experience. They have a great selection of dog products and I would never buy a personalized collar anywhere else at this point. We’ve bought training supplies, hunting safety equipment for the dogs, collars, leashes, kennel supplies, etc. Everything is shipped on time and they always include a treat for our dogs. I like supporting a smaller company and being able to call a real person if I have questions. The prices are competitive, and they stand behind the products they offer. We have two versatile hunting dogs and I love that I can get anything I need from one place. I feel better buying from someone who knows hunting dogs and cares that they are safe in the field and in the city. This is really great company and I recommend it to everyone at dog training days and field tests.

I have ordered several items in the past few months from Gun dog supply. They have quality products. Their website is easy to navigate, checkout is always easy and items are delivered within just a few days. I also like that I receive email confirmations for my orders and notices when my items ship.

I ordered the STEALTH Dawg -- OLIVE GREEN 1 in. Biothane Standard Collar with Black Hardware. Excellent quality and nice looking collar.
