Groves Batteries Ltd Anmeldelser

Excellent service, fully transparent. Best price in Cheltenham with a 5 year warranty.

Had a problem with my battery discharging. It was fitted by Groves and covered by a three year warranty. They checked it over fully, identifying corrosion on the negative terminal. It was fully cleaned and re attached followed by comprehensive further testing to ensure all was well. Cannot speak more highly of the service from Groves I have had 4 batteries from them and would not go anywhere else

I am 63. I have never had such an exceptional garage experience. Polite, knowledgeable, quick, good value, charming, spotlessly clean and well organised. No wonder the Groves family have been in this business for 78 years. Please keep going!

I took my car in at 9am to have my dodgy, unreliable battery tested and went out half an hour later with a new battery fitted and all sorted. I was able to go on my long journey safe and reassured. Brilliant, efficient, friendly service. And great value too.

Excellent customer service from a wonderful family business! So efficient and so knowledgeable. I drove in and had my battery tested and replaced within minutes. A fantastic business that I will be recommending to everyone I know!

Great service and excellent customer service. Popped in for a battery health check and needed a new battery which was replaced promptly and at a great price! Thank you for sorting my camper before a 5 day holiday to Wales!

Amazing business, so kind and helpful.
Just popped in on the off chance and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!!

Great service from a very knowledgeable and helpful Company; they have always been the same, working with all our vehicles. We are lucky to have such a great Company in the Cheltenham area.

I have been using Groves for my batteries for over 25 years. They cannot be beaten on price are super efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. What more could you ask for ?

Exceptional service and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Having spent a few hours contacting AA/Ford to fix my car and being quoted huge numbers and many days delay, Dave and his team got me going in no time with a spot on diagnosis and new battery...and saved me a small fortune. Thank you!!!

The AA man booked me in with this local company when my car battery failed. They fitted me in immediately, were pleasant and quick and the price seemed reasonable. I would recommend them.

Excellent quick service - took about 20 mins and just a walk in appointment. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend highly

Just collected a new Yuasa motorcycle battery less than an hour after completing my on-line click and collect order. Battery cells filled with manufacturers acid prior to collection. Knowledgeable and friendly service at a great price. I will definitely be going back for my Volvo and KTM replacement batteries. Do not buy from your vehicle supplier or any of the big chain stores, buy from this specialist.

A long-established family business, Groves have been successfully trading for generations and there's a reason for their success. My battery was changed in less than 20 minutes with no appointment, during which I had friendly chat with the owner, I left with a superior battery at a very reasonable price and peace of mind knowing my car won't let me down in the cold. Brilliant.

No appointment needed. Took no more than 10 minutes to remove and replace old battery at a VERY reasonable price. Excellent. Nice, clean waiting area too. Very professional.

Contacted them by their online chat .. they said they could test my battery if I called in any time. I went straight round, they tested the battery .. and replaced it there and then. Very good service and a more competitive price. Many thanks.

Very helpful staff, good advice, competitive prices makes this place excellent for all your battery needs. Thankyou Groves 😁

Straight forward website helping me find the right battery for my vehicle. Delivery was truly fantastic. Ordered, delivered and fitted in under 24hrs. Won't hesitate to recommend and use again. Great work team.

Ordered my LIFOS battery and it arrived safe and well and packaged excellently and then had a few issues as to how to charge it and rang the seller and they were very helpful indeed and put me onto the right path to find a suitable charger and also told me if there were any problems or issues with the battery to call straight away and they would not hesitate to help out
