Literally from start to finish every member of the Greenfox team answered all my questions and told me the truth.
The installation could not have been more efficient or tidy. They even informed me how to remove my panels later on in the year when I required my flat root replaced. Many other companies would have been looking for extra work.
I continue to get the help and the support I need off the team.
There are many other companies out there that will tell you what you want to hear. My advice is not to use them and use Greenfox.
The extra solar energy we now use and store in our battery system has helped with our energy costs so much we are currently looking to add another battery.
On a final note. Greenfox say they are good. That’s not correct. They are great.

Had our solar panels and battery system completed in May 2023. The installation was within the timeframe agreed during a site visit. We have regular updates on the system from Greenfox and have since had the solar panels cleaned twice so they
give maximum output. We are currently arranging a date for our biannual inspection of the system components like the battery, inverter and associates cabling. Have recommend them to freinds neighbours who may be thinking about solar panels or renewable heating systems.

The company were very good prior to our decision to go ahead at answering all our questions in a comprehensible way for folks like us who were new to the technologies involved. The installation (solar panels and batteries) went well, everything delivered and fitted on the date and in the timescale agreed, and the post-installation service has been of a very high standard.

Green Fox helped me understand what I needed and why, based on my usage. The installation was straightforward, the workmen tidy and the finished job is really high quality. However, what sets them apart is the after sales service to ensure you get the most from your investment. Cannot recommend them highly enough, head and shoulders above all of the competition.

Great experience from start to finish. Eddy was very knowledgeable when explaining the options and system that could be installed. We followed his recommendations for what we considered a very reasonable price.
The installation team were excellent - arrived when they said they would and were very courteous and professional throughout.
The aftercare has been excellent too - always available to answer any queries and helped set everything up when we took on an EV, and then again when we had to change our broadband router (unrelated to the solar system).
Eddy has also guided us with the best tariff to use and the latest changes.
Would certainly recommend GreenFox without hesitation.

It took me a while before I took the plunge into solar energy mainly due to costs and the negativity from people in general surrounding alternative solutions to energy.
I someways was already a convert as I had sold electric cars and was a big believer.

I have been very impressed with the ongoing contact and have signed up to the maintenance plan which is more than just looking after the panels and batteries . They keep on top of how the system is working , keep you bang up to date with the best tariffs and adjust the battery storage system to get the most efficient pay back.
I am very impressed with the service, knowledge and the fact that I can sleep easy knowing that I am in safe hands.
