I ordered on December 7th. I was told it shipped on December 9th. I still haven't received the package.

I finally received my package on December 27th. The bra was very poorly made, did not offer any support, the shoulder straps would not stay fastened, and the material was not the gel that was advertised. On top of the visibly, horrible quality of the bra, they added a $13.99 tip without my permission. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. Do not buy!

In first place they charge you 13.99 extra . I placed my order on 11/28/25, received the CRAP on 12/19/25.
Please do not order this CRAP. The straps do not even stay attached, good thing I didn’t try to wear them out of the house.
I guess I will try to return them but I have not seen my credit for the extra 13.99 that I contacted them about on 12/8/25.
Warning SCAM!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Don't buy!!! Thin flimsy material, no support and the pads in the bra can be seen through clothing, they’re no different than any cheap raw out there. I followed the size guide and the bra I put on had such horrible side boob and the material was just loose and didn’t hold anything. It’s a shame that scammers are allowed to get away with this!! And it’s also a shame that TikTok promotes them!!

I was overcharged and never heard back as to why. I received my order today and they sent the wrong size. I emailed them again and told them I wouldn't be ordering again.

Wish I'd read reviews before buying. Complete rubbish and I paid as much, including currency conversion, for a proper, decent bra 🤬
PS the company agreed, after negotiation, to refund me two thirds of the purchase price. At this point I have not yet received it but they were very polite so hoping it goes through

I placed an order on November 29, 2025 and still have not received the two bras that I ordered. I heard about them on TikTok, so I ordered through that app. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I can’t review something I’ve never received. I try and always give an honest and positive review, unfortunately they aren’t going to get a good one from me. My next step is to contact the BBB. I’ve sent them 3 emails, with no reply back.

Upon order, I had to chase up my order progress multiple times, plus finally had to send enquiries thru the website - contact forms a few times (every 2-3 days) and the delivery finally arrived almost into a month.
Upon receipt, we tried the product and was very disappointed with the product as it doesn’t do what it advertised, the sizes using the guide was a shamble plus the quality was unsatisfactory - not as advertised. Request refund and return. Will update soon

Awful bras if you have large bust. no support and very flimsy materials used. I would not waste my money!

I was also double charged. SCAM!!

Buy the product, it is great but literally didn’t send what I purchased originally. Told me I’d be refunded back to card for extras I did not receive. Get a email from them weeks after they told me it would be a card refund to a store credit. Bad business and on top of that took a long time to recover my products.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM! They charged me two times for 2 different amounts, charged me shipping on an advertised free shipping promo, added an extra bra to my order, and will not answer the 5 emails I've sent them. I cancelled my Visa, disputed charges, but don't have much hope of ever seeing my money or product. Will never order from Facebook ads again! Bank did not have a phone # on file. Wish I would have checked these reviews before falling for their fraudulent ad.

Do not buy!! I received a piece of junk from China.

The bra they sent was supposed to be 3x. It was like a thin, stretchy thong. Not enough material to cover anything. No support. Very loose and cheap and fake. Don’t waste ur money or time. It took almost 4 weeks to receive the package. No response to my emails either.

Poor quality foam padding. These are not jelly bras as advertised. They took more money from me after checkout which I disputed and got back. Tracking was in Chinese so I asked to send English version or get a refund. They did respond fairly quickly.

The bras they are advertising are not the bras they send you! I believe they are taking people videos and using them to make it seem like those people are advertising their bras. They are trying to only send me some of my money back but I am still working on getting a full refund. I usually do thorough research before I buy, but I missed something this time. Please don’t make the same mistake I did

I received the product which is a very nasty cheap chinese knock off that im sure i could've done a better sewing job in home textiles in highschool. Im so glad I only purchased 1, hugely disappointed

I never received my bra's that I paid 54.99 for. I ordered off of TikTok. Scammed.

They charged me $80 for 2 bras which are not the same as the description and it was delivered with a china slip saying it was $2.50..no one will respond to my emails as I want a refund. The site is set up as USA but its China crap 💩

They are selling Chinese rip offs of OEAK bras … do not get ripped off like I did. They use actual OEAK ads on TikTok with a link to their website, again showing genuine OEAK products, but what you actually get is an inferior product that is no like the genuine OEAK products
