Misled
We were told repeatedly that we can cancel anytime and that things don't start until we have our welcome meeting. We went through with their notary but didn't do the welcome meeting and were going to cancel after thinking more about it. Well despite that almost $700 was deducted automatically from my account. They cancelled for me and said I'd get my money back after their processing fees. After nearly a month I just got $57 back. Insane.

Great Lakes Law Firm sub-contracted with Ms. Crystal Banse of Banse Law Group of Madison, Wisconsin. Ms. Banse has gone out of her way to assist me with issues with Bank of America, driving most of the way upstate to appear with me. She also has dealt with and answered my concerns about Great Lakes. At first the process with GL was frustrating because the customer service representative would not or could not answer my questions; i tried sending inquiries by phone and email.
