Fiamma awning purchase
I purchased an Fiamma awning and delivery was very quick. Regrettably, I ordered the incorrect parts. Having done so, the customer service team were very supportive to arrange a replacement with their distributor. Communication was fast. Great customer service always shines through when there is a problem, not caused by there seller, and they lean in to support. Excellent service and will be using them again.

Bad Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Grasshopper Leisure. My parcel was delivered to a location without my consent, which ultimately led to it being stolen or so I believe as when I got to the location it was left, the parcel was not there. What’s even more frustrating is that when I reached out via email to resolve the issue, I received no response at all. The lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Your goods were sent to the campsite as your delivery address on your order. Our courier provided delivery photo's showing the parcel delivered to the location which you confirmed was the correct address given by the warden. We have responded to your email and we have also spoken on the phone regarding the delivery. We had advised that this is a matter that you need to resolve with the campsite that has taken delivery of the parcel.

1st Class
I wish other companies worked like this. I rang to check stock of a part, 5 minutes late said yes and in her hand as we speak. I asked if they could send next day as very urgent (had been let down by another company) told would try their best but have a lot of orders. It arrived next morning. A massive thank you, I will definitely use again.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered "in-stock" (was actually with importer". Didn't arrive for 7 days, chased it, apparently "lost", then they sent the wrong item(!), i rejected it, it was then dumped outside my house the next day (signed-for forged). Finally arrived, 2 weeks late. Unacceptable.

Thank you for your review. Any very large items that our couriers cannot take onto their delivery vans are shipped direct from the UK importer. Their service and delivery time is usually very efficient, which is why we trust them to fulfil some orders on our behalf. We have spoken to you on numerous occasions to update you with the delivery details. Unfortunately, as the goods were not dispatched from our warehouse, we can only apologise on their behalf for the error and the delay with the delivery.
