I NEVER received my order from December of 2025. I have emailed multiple times and still no response. I think this website is a scam!

I got exactly what I ordered and also came at the right time, thought it would take longer but didn't

Grand Goldman is not a reputable seller. They do not actually have the items in stock they simply take your purchase and drop ship from another company. I ordered a Furniture item and they charged me before they shipped the item. Then they sent me the wrong tracking information for a different person. When they finally did ship the furniture item it was the wrong item. It was very difficult to make the return with the organization and were slow to respond to my emails. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and when Grand Goldman responded they conveniently left out the fact that the wrong furniture item was sent and that I had already returned it to them. I do not recommend purchasing through this company.

Ordered name brand tumbler on August 18 but received an off brand. Sent an email in September requesting a refund, still no reply.

Ordered a $400 piece of furniture, didn’t arrive, multiple follow up messages ignored, scam website, AVOID!!

I ordered a Vesgantti mattress for back pain relief, specifically advertised as a spring hybrid model, but what I received was completely different. The mattress I got is just foam covered in a Vesgantti-branded cover, with no springs and none of the advertised benefits.

Even the cover design is different from the photos shown on the official website. After checking other websites, I discovered that the mattress I received is actually sold for about half the price of the one I ordered.

This is misleading and very disappointing. For reference, you can compare with the Amazon UK listing of the genuine Vesgantti spring hybrid mattress, which clearly shows the difference.

I emailed the company however I received no reply.

Scam site - sends over crappy knock off from Amazon vs real item ordered

They send cheap products instead of what you order, apparently a case of bait-and-switch. Have not provided either a refund or the correct product. In order to make it look legitimate they have used Shipping by Amazon.
⚠️ Clear fraud – avoid at all costs.

Scam. Ordered and item never arrived, they share fake tracking link. Payment was IDEAL so no ability to raise chargeback. You've been warned!

My name is Arthur I have been scammed on this website while buying furniture we ordered two items that came completely different and wrong in size, weight and design upon contacting their only email we got no answer whatsoever And we could not even get a refund so not go to this website it’s a total scam

This is a dreadful company to use. If they don’t have the item you have ordered in stock they message you giving you 48 hours to respond At which time they send out an alternative. This happened to me and I received a completely different item. They said they’d refund me but only if I paid cartage back to SWITZERLAND from the UK. I raised a dispute and received a charge back from my credit card provider. I’d steer well clear of them.
