Die Produkte von GRAMS28 sind optisch und qualitativ wirklich top, keine Frage. Ich musste meine Bestellung jedoch kurzfristig stornieren, nachdem ich mir die AGB und Rücksendebedingungen genau angesehen habe. Für Käufer aus Deutschland/EU ist eine Retoure wirtschaftlicher Wahnsinn:
• Man zahlt ca. 40 € für den versicherten Versand nach Hongkong.
• Es werden zusätzlich 10 % Gebühren vom Kaufpreis abgezogen.
• Bleibt das Paket im Zoll hängen, gibt es laut AGB gar keine Erstattung.
Gerade für mich als Content Creator, der Produkte testet, ist dieses Risiko unkalkulierbar. Wer sich zu 100 % sicher ist, kann kaufen - alle anderen sollten vorsichtig sein. Ich hoffe, dass hier für den europäischen Markt bald nachgebessert wird.

Don’t expect to be refunded if you return anything to this company. Bag is amazing but wasn’t what I needed for a few reasons so I returned it. It’s been almost three weeks since the return was received (fedex indication) and still no refund has been received. Emails to the Grams28 team only result in the same replies about them working on it and nothing happens. Buy products from this company only with the knowledge that if you return it you’ll be without the product or the hundreds of pounds you spent on it.

I must say. This Grams28 173 is pretty sweet. Been testing it out for the past week and I must say, I actually really like this thing. Coming from a guy that normally rocks the CAS2, Venture or City Sling 3. This sling fits my A6 memo perfectly and all my daily easementials in a pretty slim way. Definitely a solid recommendation for those looking at a little bit of a higher end sling with some extra premium materials. Wondering if I need to try that 152 Transit backpack now 🤔

I purchased a pair of watch bands and slim briefcase as a birthday gift. The watch bands impressed immediately with the soft leather and beautiful color, it had become a conversation piece in the office. The briefcase design is thoughtful. Great for both day to day to the office and travel.

I ordered during the VIP sale on March 07 and received my order on March 25, which isn’t bad for shipping to the US from China! The item arrived well-packaged and the bag seems to be of good quality. I can’t wait to use it on upcoming trips where I need to keep my camera safe.
