My order was very late in arriving -- 45-minutes or so late. Grabull told me to call the driver and gave me his number, but his number wasn't accepting calls. I called Grabull back and I was told to text the driver but when I did so, the same thing happened -- the text bounced back. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm. Clearly, the driver had made other stops before delivering my order and frankly, the service was unacceptable.

The restaurant did not receive my order from Grabull. After I placed my order online, I was told by Grabull that it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant, they had no record of my order. I had to show verification of my order on my phone. I then waited for 20 minutes while my food was prepared. Given the substantial fees that Grabull charges, I expected better.

Restaurant didn't receive order initially. Had to reboot their computer before it would come through. What should have taken 5 mins took almost a half hour.

Easy to order, great customer service, prompt delivery time and amazing food. Teriyaki pizza and cheeseburger were an absolute hit!

I have another 5 more pizzas to order this Friday on 6/5. Can’t wait 😊

Everything went well and I enjoyed my food

We ordered through their platform and they charged us a different amount than what was priced. When I called for the refund, they instead sent us a new receipt with an edited amount for the higher price. Not good when you're a business that has to track finances. 2 dollars is still something to register in bookkeeping. You cannot just edit the pricing however you see fit because it is inconvenient for you when correcting your own errors.

The food ordered was not delivered. It took 4 calls to their support to get a person who claimed the food was delivered. They said they would investigate and call me back. They did not. I asked about a refund - they could not tell me how to get one. One of the worst customer support experiences I have had (including Insurance companies and telecom providers).

while the wrap was delish! I had ordered onion rings and a soft drink. I had to ask about the drink and did not receive the onion rings- which I paid extra for

They came out in bad weather great response time.

I ordered my food and they didn’t receive the order until i went to pick it up 20 minutes later, it would of been quicker if i called it in.
