It’s a very lovely fire. Perfect size. Only downside the delivery of the fire is left kerb side. I am 81. Not sure how it was expected of me to lift this into my house. Never knew any other company who do this but can’t say I’m impressed with this service.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the fire and its size.
We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulty with the kerbside delivery. We completely understand how challenging that must have been, especially given the weight of the item. This is clearly not the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you highlighting it.
We’ll pass your comments on regarding delivery expectations so it can be reviewed.
