Simple, easy and great product

I did receive the conduit box; however, not only was there shipping damage but there was a quality control problem. A couple of the screw holes for the cover were stripped (I re-tapped) and one of the screws heads was actually damaged and a Phillips screw driver would not engage. I removed that screw with pliers. I have installed the box.

Web site said item usually shipped in 3-5 days and after placing order the ETA changed to 10-12 days, if it would have told me that before ordering I would shopped around. It’s happened to me twice

It was an effortless research and purchase experience. I have not rolled the wire out for my cuts, but I am extremely confident that the wire length will be, SPOT ON!!! I was very happy with the turn around time!!! Even with shipping I was able to save my boss about $130 instead of going to my in town supply house.

Regarding shipping, I was able to select the type of shipping but it wasn’t clear to me that it wouldn’t be processed still for about a week after I purchased instead of within the next few business days. It’s understandable and again, was shipped when promised, just wish I saw it earlier to temper my expectations.

I never received my order

One of the few places that had j-box in stock. Ordered 7/9/25 and received 8/8/25. Their communications could be improved, however. They never sent a shipment notice nor did they reply to status request a week or so after placing order.
