The staff in the Worcester store are so friendly and helpful. I have visited the store twice this month and purchased walking boots, shorts and a waterproof jacket, and all the staff were wonderful. Special thanks to Shirley who served me today.

I came into the shop today for a sleeping bag and camping chairs. Liv was very helpful & friendly! Very happy with my purchases. Thank you!

Our experience was made great due to the wonderful Shirley 2592 Nothing was too much trouble. She gaves us time to think with no pressure at all. She is such an asset to Go Outdoors. Thank you Shirley for all of your knowledge and advice. I absolutely love my boots ♥️

Shirley was so helpful and polite. She went over and above to tell us about other sizes and the product. She recommended shoe care products which we purchased. Shirley and her colleague helped us get everything we needed. Great shop. Thanks

Shirley was very helpful re sandal purchase.

Got a lot of good advice from someone who had done a similar trek on what I would need and what to buy. Poor bloke (Paul) was being called around by a lot of folks for his expertise but he managed to jump
Back and forth between customers seamlessly.

Shirley was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Brilliant. We went to buy equipment for a bike packing tour but didn't know which products would suit what we needed. Good choice of products to choose from with a range of different budget prices.
Paul was amazing he had excellent product knowledge and vast personal experience of using the equipment so was able to advise us which would suit our needs best.
Came away feeling confident we have made the right choices.

Greeted by Nicola who listened to my requirements and matched them to a product

Nicola was an excellent ambassador for the company. She helped us with our purchase of 2 Vegas camping chairs and was very attentive. She was very pleasant to talk to and confident of her roles without being brash. Well done Nicola.

Shirley in the Worcester store gave me excellent advice on walking socks and was very careful to check that I had what I needed.

Thank you to Lian who talked us through the walking boots for my daughter. We found the perfect pair and lots of options were given to us and plenty of expert knowledge on hand.
We were then served by Shirley who was very polite and in all it was good old fashioned service which sadly is rare these days!
