Nothing was too much trouble for Max .The tables & chairs we were interested in were not on display so she happily unpacked & demonstrated how to set them up for us to make our choice. This was all done with a smile on her face. She then took everything to the checkout for us where her colleague Danni put everything through the till . It was our first time in the Store & we were very impressed with the staff such a pleasant change in this day & age . Thankyou

Great customer service
Special mention to sue and Jake at the Scunthorpe branch today. Especially Jake, who went out of his way to properly kit us out with all the bits needed to accompany our brand new camping stove. I wish all customer service was like this. Thank you.
