GO Outdoors - Scarborough (Express) Anmeldelser

Very helpful and we managed to get just what we came for thanks to David at the Scarborough shop.

David was very friendly and knowledgable

I found new shop in Scarborough, they were very helpful and the fact I had to renew my account they helped me do that also as I had not been advised about this. The staff were great and very helpful.

David was so helpful and friendly when I called in a few days ago to try on walking boots. I left with a pair of great-fitting North Ridge boots. Sam also provided great service at the counter, making sure we didn’t forget to use our military discount. Excellent customer service from both.

An assistant was so so helpful.

The young woman really assisted my father and I buy some gloves as a gift. So super helpful.

The Scarborough express store staff are always really helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend

Me and my husband were after a pair of walking sandals each, and called in on spec whilst in Scarborough. Evie was brilliant 👏 We both have problems finding well-fitting walking shoes (I have large wide feet for a woman, and my husband has a bunion to accommodate) so we both tried on various sizes. Evie was very friendly, helpful knowledgeable and patient. We bought 2 pairs of Merrills. Great service! The chap on the till was lovely too - efficient and courteous, and sorted us out with a new card and voucher for next time 👍👏

Staff very helpful and friendly so pleased you are now in Scarborough. Been a member for many years ,all the items we have purchased in the past have been fit for purpose and lasted many years.

Outstanding customer service from Syrona and Luke. They have advised me brilliantly and with great knowledge and clarity and always recognise me and give me customer service that is 'above and beyond'

Excellent service from Sam!

Little bit disappointing that had to pay to become a member after our store changed from Millets to Go Outdoors if I had gone a couple of days earlier I wouldn’t have to have done that

The assistant was very helpful and courteous. Who was knowledgeable and very pleasant.

I am so pleased with my ladies Peter Storm walking boots! I was served by Syrona, who helped me to save a lot on the purchase, as I was signed up for the membership card. The shop looked inviting, well stocked, with welcoming and helpful staff. Thanks very much, and I will be shopping there again.
