Good customer service, despite store changing name
I recalled this store previously being a Blacks, and had bought my previous hiking boots there as the selection had been good. The store apparently became part of GoOutdoors earlier this year, so my visit took a while as I needed to be made aware of the fact of becoming a member before making a purchase. However, Gareth gave excellent advice about the choice of walking shoes and hiking boots and I duly went through the membership process and then bought a pair of walking shoes which are proving to be just what I wanted in terms of style, comfort and durability.

Great shop in store
Soph was really helpful as was the young man - sadly, I didn't catch his name. Great service yet again, good product (new walking boots) and glad I've got my GoOutdoor loyalty card! Thanks 👍 p.s. submitted on behalf of my Dad who hates tech, but felt so strongly about his positive experience he actually wanted to do this!

Lovely experience
I came to pick up a backpack for my commute. The shop was nice and tidy, and the staff - beyond helpful. Staff member Natalie showed me different options and helped to settle with the colour - even made sure to show me some options online, which were available for the delivery to the store.
I am very pleased with Natalie and the shop in general, will definitely be back for more!
