Got a pair of Jack Pyle Fieldman…
Got a pair of Jack Pyle Fieldman trousers for just over thirty quid with my discount card. They are now pretty much my go to dodge about pair and seem really hard wearing. Good trousers, good price and good service. Cheers again

The manager made us feel most welcome
The manager made us feel most welcome, and gave absolutely excellent customer service. We were only passing (whilst waiting for a train), but thought we’d stop in and check out the range. Well laid out, and great selection of sizes. The staff were very busy serving, but managed to give each customer a personal greeting, and were very friendly and polite. I’d highly recommend if you’re in the area and need some outdoor kit. Also, David was great as well…. So both very friendly, even when very busy.

John is the best!

I was half way through the Great Glen…
I was half way through the Great Glen Way and my Vango 200 tent pole snapped and ripped the fabric, so my self and my kit got soaking wet and a uncomfortable night.
I had to walk 3.5 miles to the nearest bus stop back to Fort William, only to be told that my purchase of this tent was not on there database and not able to help?
I've spent a lot of money in Go outdoors over the years on walking and climbing kit and I have to say that I was very disappointed in the outcome of this situation. The outlet was happy to sell me a new tent but could not supply me with a replacement pole. A new tent would've eaten heavily into my budget for this venture, so I had to bear the cost of a return home. I was very disappointed in the service which I considered dismissive.

We appreciate how frustrating and disappointing it must have been for your tent pole to fail, resulting in damage to the tent and an uncomfortable night in poor conditions. We also understand the additional inconvenience and expense caused by having to cut your trip short.
To investigate product issues and any potential warranty support, our stores require proof of purchase, such as an order number for online purchases or a receipt for items bought in-store. Unfortunately, without these details, store colleagues may be unable to locate the purchase and assess the options available.

Yesterday I was in your store to…
Yesterday I was in your store to purchase some shirts, having found what I wanted I stood in line and waited to be served, in front of me was a group of Chinese women who were very rude and impatient, Agnieszka the lady who served me deserved a medal for the patience and professionalism with which she demonstrated while dealing with the rude women, she was very apologetic to me for their behaviour but I said it should not be for her to apologise. Agnieszka was assisted by a young gentleman but I did not get his name unfortunately.
