Delivery very good. Excellent with arranging returns. The socks I bought are very comfortable. The Merrell goretex size 9.5 have come up rather small but are very waterproof.

Although my preferred choice was not available in my size, Amy was patient and knowledgeable. She was able to find a suitable alternative amongst the sale items, which also saved me a few pounds.

I was in a rush but knew what I wanted to buy. Ellie and Heidi were very helpful and knowledgeable about the item I needed. They were polite and professional.
I became a member of Go Outdoors and have just been online, placed an order and saved more than my membership fee.
Many thanks to Ellie and Heidi.
I am sorry I set off the alarm (for going too close to the front door) !! 🙂

Got myself a sturdy new thermal mug, copper coated, leak proof.
Very friendly and helpful lady on til, Amy, who was able to apply my BlueLightCard discount.
My only gripe is the discrepancy between member and non-member prices! Not everyone wants to sign up to these schemes.
